The trustees went on their first visit to the flats and houses at Covell Corner, The Shade today. We are very pleased with these houses and apartments and the finish they have been given. In particular they all have more storage space than most new houses, the fuse boxes are easily accessible, the kitchen cupboards and drawers have soft close doors and there are plenty of electric sockets in each room. The rooms are bright modern and very spacious. See attached photos. Some are of the 2 bed, 3 bed houses and ground floor and third floor flats.
All 6 1 bed Flats are now reserved, but the 2 and 3 bed shared ownership houses are still available.
